Event Tickets: Tickets for events are non-refundable. However, they can be transferred to another person if you're unable to use them.
Event Deposits: Please refer to your contract for specifics on refundability of any event deposits received.
Vendor Booth Fees: Vendor Booth Fees are non-refundable but are transferable to another person. If you are in direct sales, please contact us to make sure you can transfer to another direct sales rep that represents a different company so that we don't double up on brands.
Merchandise of any kind: All merchandise purchases are non refundable except in the event they arrive damaged. If this is the case, please contact us immediately for a replacement.
